About Us

When the world came to a standstill, and traditional HR supply chains were disrupted, we didn’t step back — we stepped forward. What began as a crisis quickly became a calling. With borders closed and businesses struggling to adapt, we saw the opportunity to reimagine how talent, technology, and purpose could come together — beyond physical limitations.

We emerged as a Remote Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, helping businesses stay operational when everything else paused.

Jodnutech was born in one of the most challenging times the world has ever faced — the COVID-19 pandemic.

By working entirely remotely, we not only supported companies during their most uncertain days but also built a resilient model that thrives in today’s global landscape. Our ability to adapt and deliver high-quality services remotely helped bridge critical gaps — especially for businesses in need of reliable back-office, tech, and operational support. 

Jodnu (जोड्नु ) has a really nice meaning Nepali. It means “To Connect”. We have this name to connect Nepalese IT Professionals to JAPANESE Market and that’s exactly what we do: connect innovation with purpose, ideas with execution, and businesses across Nepal and Japan through smart IT solutions. Jodnu bridges the gap between Japanese precision and global digital innovation — connecting cultures, technologies, and business goals through tailored software development. Rooted in Nepal, aligned with Japan — Jodnu connects your vision to scalable, intelligent software that meets the quality and discipline expected in the Japanese IT market.

Our mission reflects our name — ‘Jodnu’ — to connect. We unite Japanese standards with agile development to deliver high-performance, culturally adaptive IT products.
